ETIQUETTE
Classes are fun and friendly, but we do follow some simple etiquette best practices to ensure a positive experience for all students.
CLASS ETIQUETTE
Arrive 10 minutes early
Stretch and jump rope as soon as the preceding class has concluded.
Newer students partner with experienced students
Talk with your partner about how hard you want to go when sparring
Talk with your partner about injuries
Remove gear from mats when class is over so next classes can begin
Clean clothing/wraps every class
Be a good pad holder/training partner by encouraging and challenging your fighter
MUAY THAI ETIQUETTE
“Pay Respects” utilizing a Wai before and after all activities to include stepping onto the training area/mats. A “wai” is a bow that is done by standing tall with your heels together and “prayer hands” in front of your face.
Be polite, be humble, be someone you would want to work with or learn from.
